Terms of service

These terms cover your monthly subscription to Luxury Rent's services. Your quote or signed agreement sets out your specifics, such as price, scope of work and minimum term, and takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
The service
We design and build your website or system, then host, secure, maintain and support it for a monthly fee. Your quote sets out exactly what your subscription includes.
Subscription and payment
The subscription is paid monthly in advance, as invoiced. If a payment is late we send a reminder, and we may pause the service if it is not paid within the period set in your agreement. We restore it as soon as payment arrives.
Term and cancellation
Your quote sets the minimum subscription term. After it ends you can cancel with written notice before the next month begins. The current month's fee is not refunded.
Ownership
- The content you provide, including text, images, logos and data, remains yours.
- The design, code and platform we build remain Luxury Rent's property, and you may use them for as long as your subscription is active, unless your agreement says otherwise.
- Your agreement states whose name the domain is registered in.
When a subscription ends
On request we give you a copy of your content and data in a common format. The site goes offline at the end of the last paid period.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the content you provide is lawful, that you have the right to use it, and that the information you give us is accurate.
Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep your site available and secure, and may carry out scheduled maintenance from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected period.
Changes
We may change these terms and will publish any change on this page with a new date. Where your written agreement differs from these terms, your agreement applies.
